If I return a product, when am I reimbursed?

The refund is made after receipt and acceptance of your return by our logistics center. Your product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We will refund you via the means of payment that you had initially chosen (credit card or paypal).

Is it possible to make an exchange?

It is possible to exchange if the size doesn't fit you. In this case, write to us at info@lveine.com. If you want a different item, then we must return it for refund and then place a new order of the item of your choice.

Delivery

How much are the delivery costs?

Delivery is offered from 299 ILS of purchase. If the cart is less than 299 ILS, delivery costs 19.90 ILS.

Do you ship abroad?

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return purchases that do not suit you. Warning ! Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
